New Video Player

NEW FLASH PLAYER
We installed a new flash video player for streaming videos on our website. The new video player is supposed to be much better than the previous player where we experienced many problems before. Some of the problems we hope to overcome with this upgrade is browser cache issues where videos could not be seen if your Internet cache was full. Another common problem was the full screen feature which didn't seem to work for anyone.

The newer player should address these issues, but we expect there to be new problems from switching players. If you discover any problems while attempting to watch our videos, please report them to us so that we can hopefully fix them for you.

NO REFUNDS FOR STREAMING VIDEOS
Just as video games and movies can not be interchanged due to copyrights, our streaming media is also non-refundable. There's no way for us to know if a person requesting a refund has benefited from the lesson or not and regrettably can not reward a refund for purchases made on lesson material. Please communicate with us. Your patience and understanding can help as we work with you to resolve whatever situations may arise.

Please also keep in mind, GuitarLikeARockStar.com is still a new website. We want to make our website an enjoyable experience for everyone, and only you can help by reporting bugs, and working with us to find solutions for you.

The information provided in our streaming lessons are meant for the person making the purchase. We do not grant our members the right to make copies of these videos, or to share their log-in accounts with other individuals. If we suspect that a member has violated this policy, we reserve the right to close your subscription. Please be considerate by not sharing your private account information with other individuals who could benefit from our lessons.

Guitar Like A Rock Star: Users Guide

USERS GUIDE:
Our website provides an assortment of privately accessible streaming video guitar lessons available to our Rockstar Club subscribers whom have paid for special access to these materials.

GETTING STARTED:
The first step is signing up on our website. Membership is FREE. Just click on SIGN UP from the navigational menu and fill out the form including your name and a valid email address.

Next, check your email. After signing up, you will immediately receive an email from our website that randomly generates a password for your new account. Using the information provided in that email, you can log-in to our website.

SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS:
Becoming a member is necessary for subscribing to our Rockstar Club. You will have the ability to log-in from any computer in the World to access our videos at any time. Members who have not subscribed to our Rockstar Club get access to a couple of the free videos and lessons that we have to offer as a sample of some of the content available for subscribers. Paid subscribers get unlimited access to all of the material available on our website.

In order for Paypal to instantly and automatically reward a paid subscriber unlimited access, you must first be logged into our website. So membership is required before becoming a subscriber to our website. Once Paypal has confirmed your payment, you will be brought back to our website where you can immediately begin taking advantage of your subscription benefits.

FREE VIDEO FOR BASIC MEMBERS:
Learn the "A Minor Pentatonic Scale" with this FREE streaming video guitar lesson provided by Craig Wing. Once you have signed up, simply log-in and click into the "Video Library" to find out which free videos are available to you. If you are a paid subscriber, you will have access to all of the videos on the list, while non-subscribing members have limited access to only a couple of videos shown here.

MAKING A PURCHASE:
To make a purchase, you must be logged in. Once you are logged in, purchases are made VIA PayPal. After you have finished your Paypal online transaction, you will be brought back to our website and will be able to review your streaming video lessons immediately upon receipt. Be sure to keep a record of your password. You may view these streaming videos as many times as you like until your subscription expires.

MAKING CHANGES TO ACCOUNT SETTINGS:
Most people won't be able to remember the computer's randomly generated password that we give you when you sign up. So we provide the ability for registered members to change their password. Log into your account, and look in the Account Settings section to make changes to your password, name, and set your Newsletter preferences.
